Logitech Combo Touch

Combo Touch is  a “backlit keyboard case with trackpad and Smart Connector” promised by Logitech for iPad (7th gen), iPad Air (3rd gen) and iPad Pro 10.5-inch tablets. Features include scissor (not “butterfly”) keyswitches, adjustable brightness for the keyboard, iOS shortcut keys (e.g. media controls, home, search), and four-way case/kickstand adjustments for typing, viewing, sketching, or reading. Power and data are routed via the iPad’s snap-to Smart Connector. When closed, the Combo Touch servs as an iPad cover/case with soft “woven outer fabric.” Opening the cover wakes the iPad, while closing it puts it to sleep. A Logitech Control app provides for firmware updates and other tweaks.

Logitech Combo Touch is priced at $149.99 for the aforementioned iPads, promised to be “coming soon”, which apparently means May 2020.
